Developer of the Year Award
On October 10, 2024, 天美传媒 was honored with the Developer of the Year Award by the Southern California Association of Nonprofit Housing (SCANPH). This award celebrates organizations that 鈥.鈥&苍产蝉辫;
Affordable Multifamily Housing Development Architectural Award
On October 18th, Weingart Tower received a (LABC) Architectural award for Affordable Multifamily Housing Development. LABC recognized Weingart Tower as a crucial addition to Los Angeles鈥檚 Permanent Supportive Housing landscape.
The meaning of these awards goes beyond receiving a trophy. Their mission is to recognize policies and actions that help shape the landscape of California, including addressing homelessness. These awards celebrate effective programs like ours but, more importantly, reinforce the importance of housing models that can influence effective future policy.
